Leeve does not sell your data to third parties, Leeve collects and processes your data in order to improve its services and offer you its services.

Leeve may share with its partners and customers statistics of your data (which will be anonymized) when you choose to register on the MyCommunity space (see article 7).

Before using the services of the Leeve website and mobile application accessible either at the following address: https://www.leeve.fr, https://www.leeve.uk, leeve.eu, leeve.io, leeve.co, leeve-app.com, leeve-app.fr or by downloading the Leeve application on Google Play Store and Apple Store, you agree to read and accept without reservation these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

The website https://www.leeve.fr and the mobile application Leeve are published by LEEVE, a company with a capital of €10,000, whose registered office is located at Le Vieux Vouhé 79 310 Vouhé, registered in the Niort Trade and Companies Register under number RCS 831 249 057, in the person of its legal representative.
These general terms and conditions of use define the main rules of use of the platform and support the relationship between Users and Leeve.

This Privacy Policy applies to websites, applications, events and other services operated by LEEVE. For the sake of simplicity, we refer to all of these elements in this Privacy Policy as "services".

3. THE DATA WE COLLECT
When you use our services, you choose to give us certain information. This includes:
- When you log into your account, you use at least your personal email address, or your school/university email address, or via your Facebook ID, and provide us with some basic information necessary for the operation of the service, such as your native language and the languages you want to speak, your language level, first name, date of birth, geolocation, gender and finally the language of your phone's operating system.
- When you complete your profile, you can share additional information with us, such as your

When you use our services, we collect information about the features you use, how you use them and the devices through which you access our services. More information is available below:

- Information on use
We collect information about your activity on our services, such as how you use them (e.g., the date and time you connect, the features you have used) and how you interact with other users (e.g., the users you connect to and interact with, the time and date of your exchanges, the number of messages you send and receive).

- Information about your device
We collect information from and about the device(s) you use to access our services, including
- hardware and software information such as IP address, device identifier and type, device and application-specific parameters and characteristics, application failures, version and language, operating system;

If you allow us, we can also collect your precise geolocation (latitude and longitude) through various means, depending on the service and device you use, including GPS, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connections. If you deny us this permission to collect your geolocation, we will not do so.
- Leeve's services are reserved for people over 18 years old
No information collected from children
Leeve will never knowingly request or collect information from children. We are firmly committed to maintaining the online privacy of all visitors to our website, including children. We do not knowingly collect information about children or sell products to children. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. In addition, we may limit entries to contests or promotions to participants who are at least 18 years of age. The use of our Services such as our mobile application is prohibited for people under 18 years of age.

The main reason we use your data is to provide and improve our services. In addition, we use your data to help us protect you and to provide you with advertisements that may be of interest to you. Since our objective is to help you develop relationships with other users, the main data sharing is, of course, with other users. We also share certain user data with service providers who assist us in the operation of our services. Please read on for more details on how your data is shared with third parties.

- With other users
You share information with other users when you voluntarily disclose information about the service (including your public profile). So be careful with your information and make sure that the content you share is made up of elements that can be publicly visible without you having a problem because neither you nor we can control what others do with your information once you share it.

- With our service providers and partners

7. MYCOMMUNITY ON LEEVE SERVICE
This part concerns Users of one or more "MyCommunity On Leeve" spaces through their school, university or company

7.1 Definition :
A User can choose to integrate a "MyCommunity On Leeve" space by registering on the mobile application with a code given by one of our Customers such as universities, private schools or companies in the tourism sector or with his e-mail address from his university or private school.

7.2 Purpose of "MyCommunity On Leeve":
This space allows the User to join the community of his university, private school or company in the tourism sector in order to compete with people from the same community.
The space was created to facilitate exchanges and networking between people from the same community.
The User can access/switching to the basic Leeve meeting space at any time.

7.3 Premium Option :
Thanks to the "MyCommunity On Leeve" space, the User can use certain paid functionalities called "Premium" for free. Indeed, it is the administrator of the "MyCommunity On Leeve" space who undertakes to pay for the Users in his community. This director may be a legal or natural person and has signed a commercial partnership agreement with Leeve.

7.4 The so-called "Premium" paid functionalities that are made available to the User in his "MyCommunity On Leeve" space are:
- Leeve Passport
- 10, 20 and 30 Meets per day

7.5 The purpose of processing your data via the "MyComminuty On Leeve" area:
We find the same processing purposes as in the free Leeve space mentioned in articles 5 and 6.
This is also in addition to:

- Facilitate the User's matches and matches in his "MyCommunity On Leeve" space(s) via the themes previously chosen by the administrator, whether it be:
▪ languages
▪ areas of interest
▪ countries
▪ or other interests specific to the administrator and personalized by the latter beforehand. These themes can be modified at any time by the administrator.

- Improve Leeve and MyCommunity On Leeve space administrator services by offering content and new functionalities adapted to the interests of the User and administrator.

- To produce anonymized statistics to facilitate, improve Leeve's and administrator's communication with its Users and future Users.

- Monetize certain data statistics that have been previously anonymized for the administrator. He will be able to study them via his desktop administrator space.

7.6 Removing the "MyCommunity On Leeve" space:
Being managed, paid and managed by our customers says: administrator. If the latter does not comply with the commercial partnership agreement, the Leeve Privacy Policies and the Leeve Terms and Conditions; Leeve is entitled to delete or put these spaces on its application and websites on hold.

8. YOUR RIGHTS
- Access / Update tools in the service. Tools and account settings that help you access, correct or delete the data you have provided to us and that are associated with your account, accessible directly in the service.
- Authorizations in the device. The mobile platform has authorization systems for push notifications and email notifications. You can change your settings on your device, either to consent to or oppose the collection of data or the display of corresponding notifications. Note that if you do, some services may lose some of their functionality.
- View your data. Current data protection laws may give you the right to access your personal data that we hold about you.

9. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We monitor our systems for vulnerabilities and potential attacks and also regularly review our data collection, storage and processing practices to update our physical, technical and organizational security measures.
We may suspend your use of all or part of the services without notice if we suspect or detect any breach of security of our systems.

10. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose of partnering with your institution and to the extent permitted by applicable law. In practice, we delete or anonymize your data when you delete your account.
